Kirk Koster built the DnDMe app as an Ad Supported app. This service is provided by Kirk Koster at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use the service. If you choose to use the service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Personal Information collected is used for providing and improving the service. It will not be shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Terms used here have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions accessible at DnDMe unless otherwise defined here.
Information collection and use
For a better experience, while using the service, you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained on your device and is not collected by Kirk Koster in any way. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Log data
Whenever you use the service, in the case of an error in the app, data and information may be collected through third-party products on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Children's privacy
These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Personally identifiable information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided Personal Information, it will be deleted from the servers upon discovery. A parent or guardian who is aware of this may contact Kirk Koster to take the necessary actions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Changes will be posted on this page. The previous site's policy stated an effective date of November 28, 2021.
